Eat more of these

I’ve been ill all week, despite my devotion to the “10 Foods that Pack a Wallop” as described in a vintage magazine article.

The 10 foods, which are purported to enhance health and vitality, are:

1. Tomatoes

2. Broccoli

3. Spinach

4. Garlic

5. Oats

6. Salmon

7. Green tea

8. Red wine

9. Blueberries

10. Nuts

Personally, I’d add farina, oranges, and anything with lemon/oregano/olives/olive oil (befitting my heritage). Especially farina.
